ASAM maintains strict quality control at every stage of production. Raw materials are inspected before use, dimensions are checked during machining, and all finished products are tested before shipment. Our QC team applies manual methods with calipers and gauges as well as advanced equipment like CMM to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with customer and international standards.
Quality Control Procedures
ASAM applies strict QC procedures throughout the entire production flow. Incoming raw materials are verified for composition and tolerance. In-process inspections are carried out during machining and assembly. Surface treatment and finishing are monitored closely. Final products undergo dimensional checks, functional tests, and reliability evaluation using calipers, gauges, and CMM machines to ensure consistent quality.
